Should I change my dogs name?

It's been two months and as you have said all your friends and family know her as Sky, she responds to Sky. You're going to have more problems with other people using a different name. IMHO, keeping the name Sky is just more practical than retraining the dog, your family and your friends to a new name. Name your next pet Inca if you like the name.
