Can anyone suggest a natural/hypoallergenic moisturiser?

I'm allergic to lanolin, and face creams containing it give me respiratory problems (though oddly they don't have an adverse effect on my skin.) A pharmacist told me the other day that even if lanolin isn't listed amongst the ingredients, some of the chemicals that are listed on the jar could be related to lanolin, and in any case I could be allergic to other chemical ingredients as well. However, I do need something, as my skin tends tro be rather dry, and in any case I'm not gettting any younger.
