Do people dumb enough to sail off the shores of Somalia deserve to be saved?

I think they are fools, and if they want to risk their lives for some sort of thrill seeking, they should just go down to Harlem or Watts with a bag of dope around their neck and yell racial slurs. Then we don't have so far to go to claim their bodies.
