How do i get rid of zoloft out of my system?

I was prescribed Zoloft for Anxiety and Depression which I felt just made me more fatigued and more anxious, and spots in my eyes recently the last few days, I ve been taking Zoloft for about 30 days.What can I do flush this out of my system.And will I have any side effects.Are there any adverse effects?
