How much sleep is enough to not have any memory problems before taking an exam?

I have a biology final tomorrow morning and been studying almost all day today and the past couple of days. I want to make sure I get a good grade on this exam, how much sleep do I need to not get an adverse effect on my performance? Just a note, I have pulled an all nighter before and will never do that again...
