Is it okay that my small dog pulls me on my skateboard for exercise?

He is 10lbs very healthy and about 2' in length from nose to tail, up to date with his shots and no health/heart conditions and I'm 140lbs and 5'5 will it hurt him? I have been doing it for a week and he LOVES it!!! I don't hear him wheezing or anything because of his padded harness, he knows when to stop and when to head back. Will my weight and his stature affect his health? Thanks :) my skateboard is an 8"x32"(i know its big)
