Wondering what anyone's experience w/ Trilostane has been in treating a dog with Cushings ... just starting !?

Dx made 10 days ago, and started on medication right away. She seemed to not be having any adverse reactions, but Friday night she started consuming 50% more water than she did before starting on the drug (day 7 of 14). There's not much written, except to state that animal may loose appetite. Has anyone had experience with this ? Many thanks for all input !
