Best/strongest add or ADHD medication?

I have really bad add and adhd but haven't found the right medication. I've been on regular adderol and xr's 20-80mg, straterra, concerta and none have worked.. I have been on all doses of these and still nothing. My doctor insanely gave me 160 mg of adderol (8 20mg a day) which I refused to take. awkwardly all of these have given me an adverse reaction- more hungry? which medicine is strongest and most reliable to work? also which medicine won't make me hungry? ... I can't just ask a doctor to prescribe me to a medication! lol HELP!!
