Name of this film? Info inside?

Hi, I remember when I was a little kid I watched a movie. I remember it's plot being like a baby walks to the backyard and discovers a tunnel hole. Than the baby leans in to the tunnel hole and accidentally slips in to the tunnel. Than I think if i remember well the baby was stuck under the tunnel for like 3 months or something like that. Than the fire rescuers arrive and rescue the baby from under the tunnel. So does anyone here seen or heard of the movie before? I also remember it's was released in during 1980's or 1990s.
