Will he be the same:(((((?

My friend (hes 15) just broke his pelvis and dislocated his hip...alot of people are telling me those are bad injuries and life changing. Hes gotten 2 surgeries soo far. Will he ever be the same? Will he be able to surf, run, bike , skateboard, wake board, go boating, skiing, hike, go tubing, go swimming, etc. And go to parties with are friends? Hes my good friend and i want him to be normal ?? Is this gonna effect gim forever? will he have to be in a wheelchair forever?? Hes a good athlete expecially in lacrosse can he still play? What can i do to make him get better?
