Accutane trouble. Please help.I'm Scared.?

Im not trying to freak but listen. I've been taking accutane for 3 weeks and have been having scary symptoms.Mild Stomach pain. and mucus in my stool. And frequent stool. Could I have gotten a disease from just 3 weeks of accutane. Also my dermotologist isn't in she's away so I need to know if I can just stop accutane and wait until I get my blood work done which is tomorrow. Can I just stop taking it abruptly? Will anything more adverse happen? Thanks. I reall scared. I know there's nothing I can do about it now. I just need to know what's happening.
