Tips on skateboarding?

hi, i was wondering if anyone has any tips on skateboarding and how to execute certain tricks. i am a beginner and can sort of do an ollie, can anyone give me any tips on how to do a proper ollie and maybe even a kickflip or pop shuvit. Also, what kind of board should i use, i have a pretty basic board, it is not made by a major brand like flip, should i consider getting a better deck, trucks, wheels and bearings, and if so can you give me a link to a website where i can get cheap ones. thanks.
