Took 60 mg of prednisone yesterday for poison ivy. Having read about all the adverse side effects, I don't wan?

Took 60 mg of prednisone yesterday for poison ivy. Having read about all the adverse side effects, I dont want to take anymore. Do you think it's safe to stop after taking just 60 mg?
