Should I submit a request to Board of Corrections of Naval Records (BCNR) to remove my adverse eval?

as i was in the navy my self your very lucky you got that you could have got brig time for the dui since u can also be charge in i=civil Court if u got caught driving off base .also you could have gotten a admin discharge or a bad conduct discharge the navy has zero and the mean zero drunks and a dui is a good way to lose everything u have and yes the Special eval was needed for this also the eval you got does not go away it is part of your service record and since everything was suspended for 60 days u now have to stay clean for that long and not get into one bit of trouble or you will lose everything so you are very lucky i wish you good luck and that Special eval is a permit part of your service record
