Rates of cancer in tanners vs. non-tanners?

I would like to know the statistics on the development of cancer in people who tan outdoors vs. people who tan indoors vs. people who don't tan. (I'd be more than happy with just tanners vs. non-tanners.) I have found a lot of information about the adverse effects, but I am having trouble finding actuall percentages. Thank you!
