Cat rescue center for stray cat?

I have another post about this cat, but to sum it up, there's a stray cat that comes to our house everyday. Today, it was pouring ran and it tried to hide under our chair outside, but it couldn't fit under. I've finally had enough. I want to find a home for this cat but I don't know any cat rescuers around here. I live in Sewell, New Jersey. Any ideas? Thank you.
